Mulhearn album release
John Mulhearn has at last released his debut album The Extraordinary Little Cough. Hidden away in the background of a few of the tracks is some French horn played by yours truly so looking forward to getting hold of a copy.
As an accomplished competing piper, John's music is based around that of the Highland pipes but brought into the realm of sampling and electronica. As well as producing the music from the "traditional" bedroom-studio, John has mixed in recordings of respected musicians such as Allan MacDonald. I'll be interested to hear if the mooted live performance is still on the cards.
